UPDATE! I reached out to the company with my issue and they promptly responded and sent me a replacement lock. I hope my previous issue will not happen again. I have updated my review to 5 stars based on how quickly they resolved my issue and excellent customer service.Super disappointed with this lock, purchased two of them, one is not having any problems but the other continues to have water/condensation inside the battery pack which causes the low battery. I get lucky if brand new batteries last a week before the problems happens again. I have spent more money on batteries than what the lock is worth. I have emailed the company directly to ask for solutions to this problems or a replacement and have not heard back yet.

The installation process was a breeze, taking me less than 30 minutes to set up with the clear and detailed instructions provided. The low-battery indicator on the app is good feature.I wish device come with more than two IC cards.If you need to order additional IC card you must order 13.56MHzIc cards, such as mifare card, NFC card, Desfire card and EV1 card.UPDATE:After 45 days of use, the hardware lock failed, rendering it unresponsive to lock/unlock commands from the app. The device seemed too good to be true, so I requested a replacement. If the replacement fails again, I will ask for a full refund.Update 2: This is not good. Somehow this decide deprogrammed itself. No idea what happened. Alex and the iPhone app are no longer responding to it. Buyer be aware. Switching to another brand asap

It works great, I ordered one and it was damaged, but I contacted service support zowill and they sent me a new one.I am so happy for it service and for my new smart lock.Thank you Zowill for you service

Easy set up and worked great however less than a year later it just stopped working. Tried troubleshooting however nothing worked. I could not fine a phone number for customer service so I sent an email. After I submitted the requested information they stopped responding. Would not recommend if you want something that will last.

I also appreciate the peace of mind that comes with the added security features, such as the ability to set automatic locking and unlocking times and I can manage all information on app, such as checking access of records or sharing ekey to my friends and something like that. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a smart door lock with reliable Bluetooth connectivity.

A year into this purchase and it was working wonderfully until the first time I was locked outside my house because the keypad stopped taking my fingerprint. Two months later the keypad stopped working all together and the app fused with another Chinese app that controls my bedroom door. Emailing customer support was a dead end which is sad considering the fact of the price for this lock. Please don’t waste your money.
