Late but products are great
Just another example of the service by Royal Mail. Its 3 days late but all are fine. Tubes put on and working very well especially the cool white light.

Clear bright white light
Arrived before time, well packed in heavey cardboard tube. Perfect for my undercouner lights. I have always used Sylvania flourescent tubes because they last well and seldom give trouble. I am considering replacing my LED fixture in both the kitchen and basement with a flourescent fitting and will definitely be ordering again from this supplier.

Bright bulbs
Light given off these bulbs is brighter than last German bulbs I had which were supposedly the same specification.

Excellent customer service!
I ordered two of the same product but unfortunately when they arrived (on time and as ordered) one didn't work. I contacted the seller and they immediately and very efficiently despatched a replacement which also arrived promptly and was in full working order. This is how customer service should be delivered, full marks to the Dependable Trading team.

Neither of them worked!!
Two bulbs arrived quickly and fitted in nicely but one didn't work at all and the other flickered on and off so that didn't work either. Impossible to repackage and send back safely so a total waste of money.
