Game Changer
Wasn’t sure if this was that great after one use, but my hair must’ve needed some time to adjust or something, because after the second use, I’m shocked at how my hair has changed! The texture is totally different - in a good way! I have a lot of fine hair & it can seem kind of thin when I condition… but this leaves my hair hydrated, but feels full & with lots of body & actual shine! I can’t stop touching my hair - it’s incredible.

Excellent
I purchased the shampoo and conditioner. Both of them are great. But when I used the conditioner, wow. This conditioner is excellent. It paired very well with the shampoo. Definitely not a cheap brand, but it is certainly not very, very expensive. I IMMEDIATELY felt a noticeable difference in my hair when I used this conditioner. It was so nice to wash and condition my hair, where normally it feels like a chore. I can't recommend this product enough - it's just excellent. You will even notice the consistency of the conditioner is different than others too. I love this product and will buying for a very, very long time.

Love this stuff
First time I used it I loved it. Made my hair soft and silky smooth. Plus it has been terrific for my psoriasis which has been bad on and off over the past several months.First time I used it for some reason I had it in my mind it was a leave in conditioner. So I had it in my room and put it in after my shower, oops. I left it in my hair for over an hour before I rinsed it out. It was the first chance I got to do it. It probably made it worked even better then normal. It made my scalp start to heal before I even rinsed it out.My hair was super soft and felt great. It was almost impossible to rinse out at that point but well worth it. Thought I was going to have to wash it again just to rinse it out. I kept trying for awhile, then pretty sure when I got out still had some in my hair. I towel dried it then used a blow dryer like I do with my regular leave in conditioner. Always makes them work even better.Since then I've used it about once a week. Using it daily it can get harder to rinse it all out. Most times I also skip the leave in as well as skipping the extra conditioner I usually use, on those days. Just so I don't have as much trouble getting it out of my hair. This has been a good savior for my hair since not only do I regularly color it, recently I've bleached it before coloring it. To intensify the color, since very few colors are as dark as my natural color. Also to make it come out brighter, being that's one of my main goals. It also seems to help at least a little, for keeping the coloring from stripping out super fast.I would definatly recommend this conditioner.

not the remedy I had hoped for
I am bald but have an oily scalp. I have tried various remedies to treat my oily scalp and I was intrigued when I came across this product. I have now used it for about 7 weeks. First I tried just one application per day, then tried keeping on my scalp for several minutes during each shower, and finally I tried 2 applications for each shower. Ultimately no method seemed to solve my oily scalp. It might have reduced the amount of oil by 10-20%, but it isn't significant enough for me to consider this product a solution. Some other things to be aware of - the container is small; the product has a nice scent.

Smells like a Jolly Rancher but does indeed leave hair soft, silky, and shiny as promised
I was surprised that the first thing that greeted me out of the package was a slip of paper warning the user to do a spot test before use.As it turns out, this is a Korean beauty product. The magnifying-glass-tiny type on the tube includes a long list of ingredients that does indeed include tons of botanical extracts, along with some other ingredients with chemical compound names I'll have to look up to find out if there's anything in here I'd rather not be using.I tried it anyway; in case you can't read the label either, instructions are pretty much as for any conditioner: apply after shampooing to towel-dried hair and rinse thoroughly. (There's no recommendation to leave in for any length of time.)As to scent, application was like dousing my head with essence of green apple Jolly Rancher. Whew! I suppose apple scent makes sense for an apple cider vinegar rinse, but it's fairly intense while using. It does quickly become lighter after rinsing though, and evaporates fairly quickly as hair dries, leaving only a light scent the next morning. My hair, which is long, thick, wavy, and relatively fine, has taken on a coarser and drier texture as it greys, and product buildup wasn't doing it any favors. Reservations about ingredients aside, this did a fine job of turning it soft and silky again.A couple of reviewers have wondered about the fairly significant empty space at the top of the package; I weighed mine on a kitchen scale and it was 6.4 ounces in the container. Since product weight is 5.07 ounces and 1.3 ounces seems about right for the empty container based on comparison with an empty travel bottle, they don't appear to be shortchanging the buyer on product.Bottom line: 5 stars for effectiveness, 4 for scent as well as for some ? ingredients and labeling that's nearly impossible to read (photo is through a magnifying glass in bright daylight).
