Seems to be slightly dimmer than my 500 watt halogen light that I replaced. Slightly. It was advertised as a warm light but it isn't as warm as the halogen light that I had. I would say the light is more of a white light than a yellow light but, not near as bad as some of the white daylight lights that I have seen. Also be aware that this light is listed as 110 volt light. U.S. wiring is rated at 120 volts. This means that the light will be slightly overworked if I understand correctly what I read about the subject. I would have thought twice about purchasing this light if I would have been aware of this but, I did proceed and install it anyway. From what I understood, the difference between 110 volts and 120 volts is negligible. Perhaps a real electrician can correct me if I'm wrong. I did some searching on Amazon and it was difficult to find any of these lights with the 120 volt rating.

I purchased 9 of these LED Lights in July 2020 and had them installed in August 2020. Already one of the lights is burnt out. we hardly use these lights which are installed in our backyard. I am not very happy.

Earlier review was good for me and I gave it five stars but after 3-4 months and not using it all that much, one of the two I bought blinked a couple of times and then that was it. I am now wondering when the second one will go out. Why bother to make junk like this without some serious testing. It wasn't fun climbing a tall ladder and dangling up there running wires putting these up. They must have proved it to work for a month because it comes with 30 day warranty which of course expired for me. This country is full of junk like this.... And plenty of sucker buyers like me that make these companies wealthy. Sorry for bitching, just frustrating.

Holy crap! This thing is bright! I mounted it to the front of my storage shed. Turn it on and it's like the sun came up. I have found when checking LED lights that they use LESS power then is stated. This actually only draws 66 watts, not 100 watts. Also I recommend steering clear of the "daylight" LED's. They give off white light which does not work well outdoors. Get the "warm" white like this one. It's closest to incandescent and halogen lighting and is reflected by the natural landscape found outdoors. The white light seems to be absorbed and not reflected. I discovered this when experimenting with CFL's of different colors outdoors.

They are calling them 100 watt lights, after installing 6 of them, they did not appear to be as bright as other led lights that I have. I decided to test them with a amp and watt meter and found that they are only 70 watts. That was not what I ordered. They are bright and most people will never know the difference. The pig tail wire is only about 1ft or so. The bracket is not as well built as I would have liked but for the money, I guess you get what you pay for. 1 has went out already, less than a year old. UPDATE May 1, 2019 all six have stopped working in 14 months. Do not waste your money on these. Nothing but a POS.....

Great light! The price on this light is so good that I was expecting it to be low quality, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’m using it on my planted aquarium and it provides plenty of light for my plants. It does run pretty hot as any uncooled high wattage led will so I run a fun on it to keep it cool. If you let it run hot it will reduce the life of the light and hamper its lumen output or so I’ve read. Just something to keep in my mind with these led floods.

Worked great for a few months. Then I noticed it wasn't coming on anymore. Figured it was a bad sensor (not part of the light), ignored it over the summer time, mounted 20' up so a pain to get to. Finally had a chance to check it out, sensor checked out OK so hard wired the light and found the LEDs are pretty much all dead other than a handful of barely glowing ones.Cheap junk. Avoid.

WE BOUGHT (2) OF THEM ON JULY 4 2018ON APRIL 20 2019 ONE BURNED OUTIT WAS USED NO MORE THAN SEVERAL HOURSWE USED IT TO LIGHT THE DRIVE WAY WHENFRIENDS CAME OVER IN THE EVENINGWE ARE NOT HAPPY, THE OTHER ONE HAS BEENUSED LESS, IT'S ON THE FRONT OF THE SHOPIT IS STILL WORKING,SO SORRY TO WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW BUT SHOULDHAVE LASTED LONGERJim and Kay C.
