American Medical ID Classic Sterling Silver Classic Medical ID Alert Bracelet 8"

I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and I have to use insulin. Because I was traveling out of state by plane I wanted to have something to identify myself as such. This bracelet is beautiful it looks more like a piece of jewelry and I just love it.

The sterling silver medical ID bracelet I ordered is exactly as it looked pictured and close to what I had in mind beforehand. I've been wearing it nonstop for three months now, including overnight, in the shower and while swimming in both chlorine and saltwater and the silver has not tarnished at all. There is a scrape across the front plate and I don't remember bumping against anything hard enough to inflict such damage but it definitely appeared after purchase somehow and not beforehand.I like that the medical insignia on front is not overly noticeable unless you directly stare at it. This provides me the discretion I prefer when out in public while still being clearly visible to medical staff should the need arise. The bracelet sits comfortably on my wrist and doesn't twist or become tangled easily, nor does it bang on tables/counter-tops while typing or working. It feels very lightweight and is not noticeable most of the time.
