Great size
One of the things I hate about fish oil pills is their large size. These are about half the size of regular ones and yet are more potent. I’m so happy I found these!

I haven’t taken this long enough to comment on the quality, but following the bottle’s instructions (20 minutes before a meal) initially gave me headaches, likely from the lemon triggering my acid reflux. Taking it with a meal and a full glass of water resolved the issue. Plus, there’s no fishy smell, aftertaste, or fish burps!
