So to start the real measurement of thickness is .355" not .3So even though they stretched the truth as much as possible in the advertising i can tell you this will be my #1 battery bank in my collection by far its soo easy to forget about it on my phone given its thicknessSo build quality seems to be just good enough 99% of people would never notice that you can see through the side just enough to see both the side of the usb c port and the side of the button on itMagnetic strength is as good as you could ask for i can hold just the battery bank and flop my hand around with 0 movement as far as the magnet goesThe auto on feature is dopeAs for charge speed i dont care about that enough to look into it however i can tell you it can keep up with battery usage on my z flip 5 no problem when charging and using the device at the same timeZ flip 5 specific comments so obviously you have to use it upside down like all magsafe power banks. When the phone is closed it sticks up from the top about an inch or so. It also adds just enough thickness to make the phone slightly more comfortable to hold size wise not weight wise.My only issue i have is that the lights on the power bank stay on while your phone is charging since you cant see the back of your phone while using it youre just showing the public that you have some kind of "fancy gadget" that they might want to steal. This is a poor decision if i want to know my battery percentage then i can press the button for it.

I got this wireless charger because of how small and compact it is. but when I charge my phone wirelessly after a few minutes it gets really hot and shuts itself off. If I charge it wired it works great. but I wanted it for the wireless charge not wired. If that was the case I could have saved money and bought one that only did wired charging. Hope the Seller will help me with this issue.Update: Giving it a 5 star now because of there customer service. They reached out to me and helped me with my issue.

The media could not be loaded. I loved the concept, size and simplicity with the design. USB C, the slim factor, etc. Well made anodized with smooth rounded corners. For my Google pixel 8 with a magsafe case.The wireless charger never fully worked. It would get hot and the charging stopped. A wire cable could then continue charging.More recently, the recharging failed only showing a flashing light. USB-A low power or fast charging USB-C both fail retiring different flashing sequences.I can't find any online manual or customer support so I leave this 1 star review. Great design, poor implementation.Update: the customer service contacted me because of my low review. They offered and delivered a full refund without much hassle. I've increased to 4 stars because it wasn't a 5 star product experience. Hopefully others are having better luck than I did.

First, I want to say that this is my FAVORITE battery that I have ever purchased. Its light, its compact, its easy to pack and travel with and it has been a nice "bump" for my phone on multiple occasion. However, on this last charge, which was my 20th cycle for this battery... the battery charged in 1min. At first, I thought this was very strange because of the fact that I thought the battery was empty. In reality, I did not realize that the battery had gone bad. Then, I noticed the battery started to balloon up. (Picture Attached). I'm sad because this battery should've gotten many many many more cycles and just 20. It's never been dropped and I've always taken very good care of it. Maybe I just got a lemon. It would be nice if the company replaced it however. If they do, I will definitely change my review.

Small & convenient, perfectly useful

This charger is great!!, This one gets a little hot, but nothing to worry about, and it is understood that if it is delivering charge so quickly, it must get hot, the perfect size for easy use, it is perfect

When I first purchased the product, I loved the size, color, and sleekness of the product. It was perfect until I started using it everyday and it would overheat within the first couple minutes of charging. Today the battery pack does not charge my phone now unless it is connected to a charger as well (which defeats the purpose now). I have been trying to get in contact with customer service but cannot seem to. I believe I possibly received a defective product and would appreciate a replacement and explanation for the overheating and random stoppage of functionality. The overheating and now inability to function has left me highly disappointed even though I love the look and brand of the product.

Get’s really warm when charging. Left me feeling like iShouldn’t leave it unattended.It charges just fine. Magnetic connection is solid.
