Lack of instructions.
It is fairly easy to use but the program it connects to by Bluetooth is a bit confusing such as no button to connect the two, sometimes having to turn the arm band off and on to connect. A minor annoyance but still could be improved by the maker. No instructions with the product but some online. I checked and it is very accurate. You are suppose to be able to email results but that has not worked. I suspect a subscription $$ may be required. Overall a good product but needs more information from the manufacture. Would I buy it knowing what I know now. Probably not.

Very pleased with this product
I don't generally leave reviews, but the reviews I read are what convinced me to purchase this product. The product seems to be very accurate. When compared to manual readings done using a BP cuff and stethoscope, there is little to no difference. I feel confident that I am getting an accurate reading with this device. My BP has been well maintained with medication for many years, but has been rising recently. I had a need to monitor my pressure more frequently while adjusting medications.The fact that it's small and portable is a big plus because now I can monitor my BP at work quickly and easily.

Very easy to use
One button start and you get the result. I am currently keeping it in my dinning table that everyone can do a little test after dinner. Not only to know the rblood pressure, but also from my point to remind everyone to keep a healthy life style.
