I bought this product for my husband. This is what he had to say: First things first, I am not a gym rat and do not push iron. I am however conscious about staying fit. My wife bought this for me and I love it. It comes with everything I need to stretch, get my heart rate up and sweat. The best part is the compact size that I can take anywhere. The quality is supreme.

All you need in one package
I am using the product while undergoing physical therapy - you can't be at the gym for all the sessions that need to be done! My husband has "plans" to use it which will give the higher level bands a workout, too (I'll never get there). Price seems fair for what is included. Good purchase.

I love set of resistance bands and loops
I love set of resistance bands and loops. It is so convenient to have a complete set of both and the the door anchor and ankle straps give me a total workout. I also love that it all comes in a nice drawstring bag. It keeps them all together and makes it handy when traveling. Great product.

The rubber bands are really thin compared to other sets I have used. The ankle straps and handles are sturdy and work well. The door mount is just okay, I have found it more efficient using the handle as a door mount instead. Overall, it is okay.

Large selection of bands. Good quality
Love the selection of both styles of bands. From light to heavy. I like the exercise manual for new ideas. Good quality and a great value for all you get. Would Definetly recommend.

So easy to set up and use, doesn't take up much space, and is good to get my heart rate going, while doing some light resistance training.

Poor quallity control, too long
I should have known not to buy something with no reviews, but I took the chance. Didn't pay off. This exercise tube/band set has poor quality control with several straps mis-sewn. The overall length of the bands plus handles plus door anchor is also about a 18 inches longer than the set I'm currently using, which makes it unusable for me. I have to return it.
