After my dermatologist recommended it, l decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. As someone who juggles intense computer work and regular gym sessions, I needed extra support for my eyes and recovery. Since I started using this product, l've noticed a significant improvement in both areas. Not only do my eyes feel better from strain and sun damage, but I also experience quicker recovery times and a revitalized sense of energy. Plus, knowing it's made with natural ingredients makes it even more appealing. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This supplement is a small capsule that visits easy to take. Only 1 a day which is not much to add to all my other supplements I take. I have not had any adverse reactions to this product. I could not tell a difference but I take a lot of supplements. Now that I am done with the product, I will see if I notice anything.

If I had checked out the ingredients of this product CLOSELY I would have seen that it contains rice bran oil which is produced from the outer brown layer of rice, known as the rice husk. Rice bran oil is highly refined and although there are some studies that suggest it provides health benefits, its ratio of polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids to omega 3 fats is 20:1, which is enough of a reason alone to avoid it. At most, omega 6 fatty acids should be at a 4:1 ratio with omega 3 (1:1 is optimal). As high levels of omega 6 fatty acids are highly inflammatory and can have huge implications on your long-term health, I suggest rice bran oil is one you avoid. And of course this product cannot be returned though I've not opened it yet. So frustrating. Will NOT be ingesting it but will be throwing it away. Sad waste of money! Maybe I've learned my lesson:(

You get 60 softgels so these work out at 2 months supply at 1 per day. These capsules state that they are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The best before date is very good. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow with no aftertaste. I always take Astaxanthin as a daily supplement anyway, as I find it helps as I'm getting on a bit now. Decent value for money at £23.74 for 2 months supply.
