Unscented Pure beeswax, straight from the beehive that has been melted down and repurposed into long burning candles. These give off a faint honey and coconut scent from the wax but are unscented by oils or chemicals. These candles have no additives. The wick is pure cotton (lead and zinc free.) Beeswax are natural air purifying candles that naturally release negative ions into the air to cleanse the air while they burn. Burn time is at least 50 hours. These candles should burn straight to the edges with no waste. To encourage this, burn the candle for no less than two hours at a time so the wax can melt evenly. Available as pure raw beeswax (darkest yellow; see other listings) or this one, a coconut and beeswax blend. Our beeswax candles are double poured. As the beeswax candles cool, they crack and develop large air filled holes within if not properly double poured. So you can rest assured you are getting candle free of these defects. Occasionally long after cooling a small surface crack occurs but this is normal. Beeswax & Coconut is safe and soothing to your skin. The coconut oil in these candles softens the beeswax to the point where once your wax pool has safely cooled, you can dab a finger into the wax and apply it straight to your skin. Take the scent of coconut and beeswax with you when you go! Our beeswax is locally harvested in a cruelty free environment. The bees are not subjected to smoke or other chemicals, as the wax and honey are carefully harvested by a person in a bee-suit.
