I bought this to prepare some pork ribs and a pork shoulder on my Traeger pellet smoker. First things first you get a good size container for the price and the jar has both a dusting cap and a full pour cap allowing for meat prep of different varieties. The rub itself has a rich Smokey scent as soon as you open the jar with a good looking herby appearance. The flavour it gives your meat is absolutely out of this world and the smell that this give off whilst cooking is fantastic. This have a good crust on the shoulder when I shredded it and the depth of flavour this gave to the ribs in addition to Sweat baby Ray's BBQ sauce was exceptional. I would highly recommend this product for both keen meat smokers and standard barbecue users!

Tasty. Good for making cheap cuts of meat taste good.

I wiped the meat down to remove any moisture and used mustard as a binder before applying the dry rub. I let it sit for a couple of hours before placing it on the smoker. It worked really well!

Brought as a Christmas gift to go with a griddle pan. Recipient said it had a good taste, was hot but not too hot and made the steaks taste great. Easy to use, rub directly onto the meat or leave to marinade in a bowl before cooking.

The coffee flavouring is something different and very unique. I’ve used this seasoning mix on a regular basis and will certainly buy again. Good value with quality ingredients. Goes well on a steak or pretty much anything else.
