I ordered two sizes up and it was still crazy small. I definitely struggled trying to get it on. Not worth it

this waist cincher was super small, i ordered the 42 i wear a 14 in pants , i can get it on with sweat and tears . But need to be a little bigger if i had a choice i would go up like 3-4 sizes more, i want to waist train but, not mess up my organs on one use.

I received my item today it came super fast, I love the way it fits. I've had one other and it was horrible I so love this one. I will be buying again. The only con to it is that I wish it was longer in the back area it tends to roll down just a little. I wasn't a believer but now I am.

These are the best waist cincher on the market. Love this brand over all the others, very well built and hold up to everyday wear 6+ hours a day oh and it works!!! Im sure partly due to losing weight but i have lost 5 inches in my waist over the last 4 months
