I received the package on time and it was exactly as shown in the photo. There are many band options for varying levels of fitness and exercise activities. The sliders work really well on my wooden floors and don't leave any marks. The reason for the 1 star off mark is because I wish the medium band was a bit stronger or there were more "stronger" band options. I also wish the sliders were bit bigger or maybe tear shaped to better adjust to your foot depending on the exercise that is being done, but that could just be a preferential thing. It is yet to get seen how long the bands last, but so far so good. I will update my review once I used it for a couple of months. As it stands, I would purchase again. :)

Personally I love the ease of an at home workout that this set-up provides for me. I purchased two sets, one for travel, and one to stay at home. The benefit of taking the set-up with me as I travel makes this a no-brainer purchase for the active traveler like myself. Great product to change up the routine or even keep your workout routine consistent. I think Rate Fitness covered it all for a full body workout by adding in the core sliders that are for both hardwood and carpet floors. I would add in a little workout card or booklet that gives instructions for workouts specifically for the resistance bands and core sliders. I think many of your customers would realize you can do so much with so little.Great product Rate Fitness!

Absolutely love that I made this purchase!1) The combination of resistance bands and core sliders with a nice little bag are perfect.2) Everything came exactly as pictured and described; and the packaging it came in was super cool.3) The quality is amazing and the core sliders work well on all types of flooring.4) Literally showed up at my doorstep in about 1 day.5) I did my research and Rate's price is great.I will be buying more of these and I would highly recommend this combination for anyone else looking at these products.

I am obsessed with this set. They came exactly as pictured and the bag it comes with is perfect for travel. I love being able to do a full body challenging workout from my home and the sliders work great on both carpet and wood floors which don't scratch or damage them unlike other products I've tried. I also like bringing them to the gym with me so I don't have to use the ones the gym provides which other people use (major germaphobe) 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I’ve used these (lightly) for two days and already 2 out of the 5 bands ripped apart. I don’t normally write reviews, but if you are buying this set for the bands, you are wasting your money.EDIT - customer was great. They contacted me and replaced the entire set.

Bands work great. I've been using them for about 3 weeks. I like the wide variety of resistance. I use them along with a beach body program. I'm in the heavy- extra heavy range when I bought them but I can start doubling them up now. The sliders are a bit hard to use on carpet. It would be nice if they were cupped or had ridges, but they are manageable.

Got these for a workout program I’ve recently started. I’ve been using them for this past week and the quality is definitely meeting my expectations. The bands offer a wide range of resistance and the sliders are working out perfect on both my carpet and tiled floor at my house! I’ll keep my review updated if anything changes in the next few weeks.
