I've been using a regular well known 4mph scooter for about a year, it's fine but boringly slow and a bumpy ride. I took delivery of this big red beauty 24 hours ago and just been out for my first trip. Even the moderate speed of 8mph seemed like riding a souped up motorbike compared to my old one. The acceleration was fantastic the feeling of riding a powerful mode of transport, higher as it has larger wheels, easier to manoeuvre due to only one front wheel. The comfort is superb on a leather armchair seat. It's wider and higher than my conventional scooter and I feel less vulnerable. It not only has proper handlebars and throttle accelerator but a proper motor Horn with a control on both sides of the bars. I own a Honda motor scooter and the controls are almost identical so I feel at home with this. The headlight has dipped and high beam, plus a small parking light. Brake lights and bright indicators make it a superb roadworthy vehicle and the specification says to expect 37 miles per charge but of course this depends on how many hills you climb, his much you stop and start and if you ride at full throttle all the time. It also depends how heavy the rider is, I'm a "perfect weight" related to height, some may say "thin" but that's because so many folks are overweight..so I anticipate no problems. My old scooter had less power and I never ran out of battery power so this one should be fine. I was impressed by the "personal delivery" by the owner of the company...a very helpful and likeable man who had miles more to travel to drop his next order, as his main delivery driver was off duty. This man showed that he intended to get the goods to customers so I can vouch for that. Now for a couple of niggles, I didn't actually get an owner's manual, a few sheets of data were attached to the Registration documents to send to DVLA. I need to know what pressure to keep in tyres plus minor stuff. Also my headlight when on full beam is pointing at aircraft, he did make small adjustment prior to leaving me but I could see he had little time due to his schedule. The charger had a two pin continental plug but I have an adaptor. I'll contact the proprietor and confident he'll provide some instruction data and advice on adjusting the headlight, they are only minor niggles. This is an eye catching mobility vehicle for pavements or road and at present I'm very impressed with performance, I must say it looks great ! I can now report that the owner of the company diverted a delivery driver via my house and he re adjusted the headlight. I can recommend this company run by a very reliable gentleman who does his very best to assure customers are happy. A DVLA REGISTRATION form was supplied to me on delivery, with important data already entered on the form. I've now sent it and registration is free.

Ordered scooter less than a week ago it arrived today, the service I received is excellent I was kept informed all the way by a lovely lady also the guy who delivered it kept me up to date too he said he would be here at a time and he was true to his word he did an excellent job he parked up the road and bought it to me he explained everything brilliantly showed me everything I must say this is the best customer service by far I have ever received I have bought items in the past from a well known company that advertises on tv there service was absolutely diabolical I would never buy from them again.The scooter has a remote alarm which is excellent I can’t be more pleased lockable under seat storage which is nice to keep valuables in.The basket on the back is great for putting shopping in I am 6ft 3 the seat slides back so you have plenty of knee room which is great, when you put the scooter in reverse it makes a bleeping to let ppl know what you are doing the horn is super loud you have one horn on the left side and one on the right too so there is no problem with pressing it.I have ms I was a bit worried If I would be able to use the twist grip I can no problem it so smooth.I am trying to cover the things I wondered about.The Speedo is in kilometres which to me is no problem also there is a switch when you open up the lockable storage you can set to Europe if need be to be honest it’s fast enough without using that and so comfortable for the money this scooter is a bargain price.I will definitely buy again from such a brilliant company and have already recommended to people I can’t fault anything.Thank you for caring and treating me brilliantly

Excellent delivery service, ordered Sunday, delivered to my door Friday afternoon. The delivery driver demonstrated the various controls and the basics of the mobility scooter, indicators, lights, brakes etc. I’m impressed!

Only had it a couple of weeks but so far so good, the throttle is a little bit sensitive, plus I think I should have gone with the 4 wheeled version, easy to tip over and heavy at the back so too much throttle getting over something and you soon doing a wheelie. Down hill get ready to apply the brake, reached 20mph going downhill.

Really pleased with it value for the money looks great and goes where I want it to. feel’s very secure when on inclines. And bumping up and down off pavements. When it was delivered really pleased with the in-depth instructions I was given and looked impressive when brought off lorry, the driver was very helpful and made sure I had everything suited for my needs.

Really comfortable to sit in as I have prostrate cancer which has spread to my hip that’s the real reason I bought this Real joy to use as it has give me my independence back as I couldn’t walk far as I was in sheer pain The only problem I have the main light doesn’t work I’ve got onto the seller but he’s not got back to me and probably never well they’ve got your money and run really disappointed in this wouldn’t buy any more nor recommend it To anybody save your money People and buy elsewhere with Someone Decent that would answer your messages not hide behind them Really disappointed in this Never again but anymore not a very good Place to buy mobility scooters the The main light does not work I wanted to use it never use it till then I have messaged about it but you didn’t answer My messages 3 or times You probably didn’t want to no Anyway no after sale service not a very good service anyway
