Q: Would this work well for making cookies and cakes? Would this use less then a typical flour recipe?

I substitute almond flour for part of the regular flour in cookie recipes and have had no problems. I also partially substitute it for regular flour in cookie crusts and in pie crust and they are nutty which I love, but they're a little more coarse but I like this texture because I love nuts. Almond flour is more of a "meal" rather than actual flour.
