Power Supply 1300W Full Modular Power Supply 90 Gold for 6 GPU Rig ETH Ethereum Bitcoin Mining, GPU 6+2Pin, Miner's Choice

Can handle 8 Geforce 1070 TI but does not able to handle 8 RX580 MSI armor 8GB in my case. Purchase 10 of these PSU due to good reviews, and good price 169.99 for 1300 watt gold raring 80+ psu. I order this after test on a 8 GPU 1070TI rigg, when use with 1070 TI 8 GPU pull about 1050 watt from the wall. and it was functioning pretty stable. So I order 10 more, but soon as I try it on a 8 MSI rx580 Rigg that kill a watt show wall draw of 1120 watt, I could not get the 8th GPU function correctly it will crash within 2 minutes. OpenGL error. Then I plug in the second PSU I have in hand same thing. nothing was convert from sata to molex, I use 2 4 pin molex riser and 6 6pin molex riser so everything is plug in directly into the PSU, to minimize the risk of sata to molex fire hazard. in conclusion it will power 8 nvdia 1070 ti pretty stable, but if you want to power it with 8 Rx580 (I had power save bio mod as well) it will not work, I post this review for future buyer to avoid the time wasting troubleshooting I went through. even thogh on the watt it only draw 1120 watt within the 80% of 1300 watt advertise maximum output. The durabillity of this PSU is remain to see.

I purchased this unit with high hopes, but was unfortunately disappointed. While this PSU came with the ability to run 6 GPUs, I figured I wouldn’t max it out immediately, so I tried running 4 GPUs (Radeon Vega 56, rated at 160w TDP) to test it. As soon as the mining process started, with no overclocking and no power increases, 3 out of the 4 cards failed. I thought this was strange, so I reduced the number of GPUs to 2. One worked, one failed. I ruled out the cards as the cause with other PSUs that I already own, and all of my cards are good, and mine just fine on either of my 2 other PSUs. Moreover, the failure followed the plugs, not the cards. The voltage is good on the outlet, registering 121.5v @ 60Hz AC. It behaved this way out-of-the-box; it never once worked correctly. Not seeing as how anything I did could have caused the issue, I am returning this unit for a refund. I hate to be the first person to give a 1 star rating, but I felt the need to share my experience, and I hope that this does not happen to anyone else.

powerful unit. bot this one since i have an 8 gpu rig.  the original 1200w ega unit will shut down occasionally and i decided to give this one a try. so far smooth for one week without any stop. it comes with 6 dual connector vga power cables and 5 dual connector serial cables so theoretically u can connect up to 10 gpu. fan noise is acceptable that i can leave it in the living room. its always good to use one bigger unit instead of parallel connect two smaller ones.

Power supply worked well in my seven Nvidia 1060 mining rig but the fan noise was louder then my previous power supply. If noise is an issue then i don't recommend this power supply otherwise thumbs up.

never heard of this brand but decided to try one since i need one can have maximum peak power output. so far tried on 9 gpu rig and it works. max output i read from meter was 1500w. it is amazing although the label only show 1300. pro: good peak output. quiet fan. cable connect is easy plugin and out.con: no software to do the detail control.

I bought this for my first mining rig with very little expectations. It's been almost a month and I'm pleasantly surprised. I will be picking up another one for me second rig.

400% more efficient than my old pcu. Defiantly worth the money.
