WARNING: defective material, strap broke in 2 places, I fell and now I’m injured!
WARNING, BE VERY CAREFUL! (ZERO STARS)I am reporting a failure of this product and DEFECTIVE MATERIALS. The straps were securely installed and checked by 3 people. YESTERDAY, I grabbed the passenger strap to enter my Jeep, both my feet were on the step bar when the strap broke apart in my hand, in two different places, within seconds of each other. I fell backwards, hit the ground. I sustained injuries from your defective product and am in severe pain. I am also in shock that this happened, I only weigh 121 lbs and not all my weight was pulling on the strap. Additionally, I barely use the passenger strap. I inspected it and had someone else inspect it after my fall and there was NO area that had rubbed on the padded roll bar or anything to cause this to happen,this strap product simply broke apart! I’ve never seen a strap of this material just fall apart... I suffered injuries due to the failure of your product! To top it off, I am recovering from 2 recent major spine surgeries. I was being driven to the store, as I am disabled. Injury on top of surgery recovery, not good.PLEASE DO EVERYONE A FAVOR;The manufacturer and seller “Jingleer” need to remove this product before anyone else gets seriously injured like I did.

After installing, I barely put any weight on the strap and one of the handles broke off. Asked my wife to test and the other one fell off. Very poorly built product

If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible product. Two broke just trying to install. Stay away

Now I have help Jumping into my Jeep!
Very Affordable, durable, and worth the money! I was literally jumping into my Jeep and these grab bars have helped not only myself but my toddler hop right on in. Installing the bars are super easy and quick!
