At first I was happy with this worked well but only for the first time. Then on the next time water started dripping between the spray gun & brace connection just kept getting worse then it just came apart now sprays water out every were from both ends

Within a short period (few months) the hose developed massive leak. Upon closer inspection it became clear that the material used for the inner tube was cracked all over, presumably due to expansion & contraction. As far as I am concerned, the product is not fit for purpose.

So far so good. This hose seems really good quality and has worked great so far. I had a cheap expandable hose and this lasted one season before it got leaks everywhere. I’ve got better hopes for this one. Hopefully I’ll be updating in a year to say it’s just as great!It is very manageable and light yet very strong and durable. Small amount of dripping from sprayer connection but to be honest I have this with every hose I have had.

It’s brokem- got a slit somehow near the tap. Up until then it’s been great. How do I access a replacement/refund. It’s got an 18month guarantee.
