Good flavor, hard gum, no bad chemicals!
This gum has a good but unremarkable flavor, but most importantly it is very tough and will last as long as you want it to last. It is tough when you first bite down on it, but it softens a little for the first few minutes. The reason I like this gum better than the others is because it doesn't have phenylketonurics, aspartame, or any other artificial sweetners that are bad for you. Xyletol is great for your dental health, and that's what this one uses. It is a little pricey, but I'll probably buy it again because it is such a good chewing workout. I work in a dental office, and hear about the importance of using your teeth to keep your jaw bone strong and healthy, and Gumbells does this in spades.

Very tough with a good flavor
I've been chewing this gum every other day for almost two weeks so far. It has a very tough texture as described and a subtle yet pleasant mint flavor that lasts.COLD WEATHER TIP: before chewing, hold the piece in your mouth for several minutes to warm it up, then start chewing very slowly. Just kinda nibble at it until you get through the shell, then start chewing. Otherwise it's extremely hard when cold and could potentially damage your teeth if you try to chomp down from the start.I learned that the hard way after popping a piece in right when I brought it in from my 40F porch. I do wish they mentioned something about temperature in the instructions.Otherwise it tastes great, flavor lasts about 30 minutes in my experience, and I actually much prefer this tougher texture over normal gum. While I haven't been using it very long, and I have a beard which covers my jawline, I will say that it's gotten progressively easier to chew, likely indicating muscle development. Comes in a nice screw top tin.I find it hard to determine the value given that it's a specialty item, but the price does seem a little steep. It is exactly as described though.

doesn't activate my jaw
overstimulates the muscles in my temples and not my jaw. Good mint flavor

😮 wow this is life changing!!
Ok, i'm the biggest skeptic on trying new products, but after research, I thought I would give this a go. This product has so many amazing reviews and I can now see why. Just a few weeks in and I can see and feel my face has changed shape, friends and family have also said the same. My face definitely feels like its had a good workout, I just wish all exercise was as enjoyable as this😊. This gum is very hard. I usually suck on it for a minute or so before chewing it. All in all I highly recommend this!

Tough and minty
These are really interesting. I'm about 6 or so sessions in with them and I'm not sure my jaw is changed -- it does FEEL stronger, but it's hard to tell. The gum itself is ... well, tough! Be sure your teeth are up to the task because they are for real very tough to start. A few minutes in and it softens a bit, rounding out near the end to be close to a heavily chewed, still tough piece of gum. I don't have any complaints, it for sure is a tough chew from start to finish. The mint flavor is very strong and pungent at first, but it levels off after a few minutes. You gotta really like mint, for sure.

Interesting
Last month I saw a few girls at my job chewing either this gum or something similar. I was intrigued by the concept of a tough gum that works out your jaw. What could be easier than sitting in front of the tv and chewing gum? You have to make sure of a couple of things before using this. You need to have strong teeth, and you have to like mint. The flavor is very strong and overbearing. I don’t like the taste at all. When you first put it in your mouth it is especially strong and almost hurts. My teeth were not happy with me. You’re supposed to chew it for a couple minutes before doing the exercises, and it becomes considerably softer after this. I’d say it becomes barely harder then over-chewed regular gum. It’s not too hard to chew. There are instructions for working out your jaw by chewing on each side. It’s simple enough to do, though chewing with my front teeth certainly feels awkward. I’m not sure if my jawline looks better, but I think my bite is stronger. Chewing the gum is definitely easier. If you want to give it a try, I’d say it’s worth a shot. It’s an easy enough workout. I’d get it again.
