Saw some of the reviews about how the product didn't work. I was skeptical on buying it. But by following the directions and taking my time in applying the ingredients, everything worked out. I was able to make glow in the dark jello shots for my neon party. I added some essential flavor oils to the jello shots so I don't know if there were any sweetener in the powder. Definitely 5 out of 5

I was really disappointed with this clear, unflavored gel dessert. It never set, even though I followed the directions exactly. It just stayed watery and didn’t work at all. On top of that, the taste wasn’t great for something that’s supposed to be unflavored. Total waste of money for me. I wouldn’t buy it again!

I made Japanese grapefruit jellies with this. It was perfect!! They came out super tasty, with a great texture!

The sour taste is so strong that you cannot use this as a gel agent for anything other than probably a fruit gel. It is not tasteless like Knox gelatin. Sorry I did not buy the pricier Knox that is tasteless.
