How did we do without this for so long? The weight and and balance are good. The forward handle is welcome to have. Yes, the cleanup is harder than a smooth-bottom pan, but it's SO worth the trouble. Looking forward to grilling up some pineapple slices.

Heat well, give food nice burn mark, but a bit too sticky. For this price, it's worth it

It is a skillet you can only use on low and it is not cured. It has some sort of spray on it. How can you grill on low.
