This is lightweight, compact, easy to hold and yet contains 3 powerful, effective safety tools in one little tool. The flashlight illuminates better than many other ones that are larger, the personal alarm is loud and eady to start (you do need to push the switch one notch forward for 'flashlight on' mode and then depress the switch with flashlight on to instantly get the obnoxious;y loud alarm to sound!) and the taser is just one more notch on the switch to activate.You really need to test out and get familiar with using all 3 functions on this tool before you are in a situation of trouble so that you have 'body memory' of using this, making this a quick, automatic reflex when you need to use the alarm and/or tasar.Test your device weekly ir more until you are really comfortable and familiar with using all 3 functions so that your use is 'second nature. ' Have it in your hand with the flashlight fuction ON BEFORE you leave a store, leave your home leave a party, begin a hike alone, walk your dog or any time you are in a situation where you might need to use it.The ease of handling size, lightweight nature, powerful light, alarm and tasar make this one extremely effective tool providing signigicant safety features. Do make sure to keep it fully charged. There is a blue battery light that shows 3 bars when fully charged.Don't let it go below 2 bars! Check the charge after you return home and recharge, then hook it back on your purse/backpack, etc.I also carry this company's peoper spray, the version that cones with tear gas and blue florescent marker as a backup. Note: You can't cross from WA to Canada with either tasar or pepper spray. You may or may not be able to take these tools on an airplane or even carry this tool legally in your location. Find out before you buy it about regulations for where you live and travel to. Also different events like concerts or sports events may ban these tools so 'know before you go!'Additionally, I suggest anyone wanting to increase personal safety to also take a basic self-defense training course. Additionally if you are a hiker in areas where there are likely bears, cougars and other pitentially dangerous wildlife, also do a search online regarding what to do to minimize likelihood of harm during an encounter.

It's a great size for carrying in your purse. The battery stays charged even after long periods between uses. When I tested it out it seemed to have a lot of power behind it. The price is right. I do wish it had like a cover instead of a case. In the situation where I'd have to use it it wouldn't be very quick to access.

I haven’t performed a live test of the zappy zap, but it definitely sounds painful. The light/strobe and alarm work pretty good too.

The media could not be loaded. Impressed by how loud the sound alarm is. The taser sounds louder in real life. I will be asking my male family members if I can test it on them to see how affective it is. Will update soon.

Haven't had to use the stun part but it all functions amazing and comes with a case to put in your purse. Like the instructions say you do have to charge every week though for about 4 hours even if you don't use it.Only thing I'd change is because of its sleek design I'd add a wrist strap.

I love how this has a keychain attachment. I carry this with my leash on walks and now I feel safer than ever to go on long walks with my small dog

This little stun gun is great for my peace of mind. I work in a downtown metropolitan area, sometimes getting out of work very late. I ordered this to give me a little extra protection and although I haven't had to use it yet (and hopefully never will) I feel so much better having it. The flashlight is bright, the panic alarm is loud and clear, and the shock function is easy to use. This feels nice and lightweight in my hands and comes with a neat little case so I can store it in my purse without it getting damaged. It charges quickly and the battery life is excellent.

The SABRE 3-in-1 Stun Gun with Personal Alarm & LED Flashlight came with the stunner, a set of instructions, and a USB cable.This has been subjected to some testing, but for obvious reasons - not having an enemy about - its ability to stun has been left aside for the moment. That said, I have no doubt it can do just that given the nice "zap" and spark that were released on triggering the stun function. Beyond that, the alarm works (oh yes, it really really does), the light is adequate to find one's way in a dark parking lot, and it comes with a little travel case, too.For the $35 or so price at hand when I obtained this, lots to cheer about. I am not a fan of carrying personal "weapons" but this is purely defensive in nature and is thus cheap at twice the price.Rating : 5 stars!
