I want to like this pillow but I'm not sure. It does help with keeping my spine straight. Which helps with my hip pain. My problem is I toss and turn a lot as well as get up 2-3 times a night to potty. I have to take it off each time I get up. When I toss and turn it bothers me with or without the strap on. It is made well and is comfortable.

Works like a charm relieving knee pain as my hubby sleeps. Helps with his back discomfort too which is an added bonus. Nice and cushiony too.

This pillow will align your spine relieving low back pain. That's a bonus because I bought it for my knee replacement and it worked wonderfully. It's easy and comfortable either between the knees or just above the knees. It made my recovery from knee replacement much more comfortable. This is not a paid endorsement. A bed pillow doesn't have the soft, but firm support that this one does and I highly recommend it.

This works pretty good for me. I like that it straps onto my leg and I don't kick it off in the middle of the night like I used to with a regular pillow. I just wish it didn't have the cooling action. I don't need that when I'm under my flannel sheets and blanket in the middle of a Michigan winter.
