Disclaimer: I received this product to test. However, all opinions are my own.I liked the feeling of the Bloom Skin Care Hand and Body Lotion in Amber-Jasmine, but the scent was too over powering for me. The lotion is a nice medium-weight cream without a greasy feel. My hands were much softer after use. But again, I couldn't get past the fragrance. I gave it to my mother who appreciates the strong amber scent. I think next time I'll go for unscented.

I was looking for something with a jasmine scent and this barely has any. It also is a very “thin” liquid and my skin looks and feels dry a few hours after using.

It's a light lotion that goes on smooth and absorbs quickly. One may need to reapply more in winter, but it is moisturizing. The scent lingers almost like a perfume. I like the idea of being able to add an essential oil of my choice to the unscented. This is supposed to be hand or body lotion. I don't know whether this batch was defective or not, but it's virtually liquid. I've shaken it, let it sit upside down in case the fragrance component had risen to the top and the lotion sunk, but nothing helps. I won't be likely to order it again.

I've tried the Amber Jasmine and Green Tea scents and I love them both! They're pleasant, but not overpowering, The lotion is not greasy at all. It feels very light on my skin, but keeps it moisturized for a long time- even overnight with the AC or heat on! The packaging is high-quality and compact, so I wouldn't hesitate to bring it along in my purse.

This will be a gift for someone special. I’m sure it will be as fabulous as all the other products I have used.

I met the owner in Madison, WI at an arts gifts fair where she told me about her products and how she makes her soaps and lotions with her own bees and with environmentally friendliness in mind. I really appreciated that, so I tried her facial repair and lip balm-- they were fantastic! This body lotion was on my Christmas list (as the products are a tad pricey, but WORTH IT!) When I got the lotion, sadly it was liquid water and I suspected something was amiss. I emailed the owner about the issue and she told me it must have been a lotion from a bad batch she thought she pulled all of them. She immediately sent me a new one and within a week I was able to try the properly mixed lotion. The lotion itself smells very lite, like jasmine and chamomile tea. It is the consistency of lotion when you use the pump, however when applied it immediately soaks into your skin. It's a different feeling because the lotions I've always used leave a sort of greasy residue. I suspect this is the same reason why her lip balm works so well, which she explained is because she doesn't use Vaseline and instead uses products that soak into the skin and provide actual moisturizing-- not just the feeling of moisturizing. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my lotion. While it feels different when applying, the results speak for themselves. I'm so, so silky smooth! My skin feels great and has no reactions to the product (I have very sensitive skin). I'm giving this product 5 stars because I received spectacular customer service.

The smell is amazing and the lotion leaves my skin so silky soft!!! I couldn't be happier and will definitely buy again!
