Disney Jonas Brothers 1GB Digital Music Player (expandable)

I bought 2 of these for my (almost) 5 year old twin boys. They are always wanting to listen to my iPod, so I decided to get them somethng of their own. The price of these canNOT be beat. They hold quite a bit of music, I have around 100 songs on each, and it is v3ery easy for them to use. The battery has lasted for a couple of days per charge, and with my boys and all of their friends constantly listening to them, im pretty impressed. It's been almost a full month and we dont seem to have any issues with them. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the earbuds- they are a little large, but an easy fix since "Santa" brought them their own just like Mommy has.What everyone needs to realize is that this will not sync with items from iTunes, as iTunes music are MP4, and this is an MP3 player. Songs are easy to sync and the boys have a great time listening to them. PAreNts!!!!! You may want to get yourself a pair of earplugs as small children do not realize that they are yelling while talking when listening to their music. lol

I bought 2 of these mix sticks and they're both worthless. It takes 4-5 hours for them to charge completely. Then if you play them immediately they work great. If you set them aside to play later then watch out. They don't hold their charge at all. By the next day they don't have enough of a charge left to even turn them on. They spend more time being charged than being played. I've returned them and will search for something different.

This was for my 5 year old. It works as well as the older versions of mix sticks my other kids have except this one you cannot just plug into your computer to charge. Instead you need a cord which is kind of annoying. Also, the software that comes with it is not compatible with windows 7 only older windows programs so we cannot use it.

It wasn't a good product, I don't recommend it.

It's broken

My son was so excited but the promised song was not there and the directions for downloading new music took awhile he has over 80 songs on it now!

This promises much for the money, I realize, but ours has never been operable to even review its sound quality or ease of use.Since opening it at Christmas and charging it up, it has been a nightmare. After working for hours to try to get it to sync up to my computer, I was finally successful (for about 30 seconds). Then it started blinking off and on, and continues to do so, with no end in sight. It's completely frozen, even after resetting with a thumb tac.Worst is the fact that Digital Blue is only offering e-mail customer support. They responded to my first e-mail with a possible fix, but that didn't work and now they haven't responded to five more e-mails and a message on their answering machine at the 1-800 number!In the meantime my son has a Christmas gift (including a jam stand that I also purchased to go with it) that he hasn't been able to use even once! It's not easy to explain why Santa would bring a defective product or why no one is willing to help fix it. I am regretting this online shopping experience, since I can't even walk it in to the store for an exchange. And I can't believe Disney would put their branding on this and then turn it over to a company that won't stand behind the product at all. I am VERY disappointed and feel cheated out of the $40 I have invested in the player and the speaker/charging system.
