Starbucks 100% Kona Coffee Medium Roast 8.8 Oz Whole Bean

100% pure Kona Starbucks... can't get it just anywhere. We visited the Big Island and picked up a bag at the Starbucks in Kona. Came home and wanted more, pretty much could only find it on Amazon. We bought it - and it was fabulous. Came back a few weeks later, and it was sold out. So if you can get it, please do. You won't regret it!

I bought this twice. both times the roast was not "medium" but the usual over roasted Starbucks dark stuff. The beans were dry and had no oil. Kona is a very delicate bean and requires a careful roast to bring out the interesting chocolate tastes which occur sometimes ( not always). We roast our own here as a hobby and have bought nothing but, both green and roasted, for 10 years. There are many fine plantations one can order from but beans from Kona itself are the best we have tried. Many roast and ship 100% Kona with pretty good sized quality beans within a day or two of the roast and at less than half this price. To pay so much for this coffee just because it is Starbucks, yet made to taste like everything else it makes, is foolish.

Not worth the high price! You can buy the cheaper brand and it tastes better. I bought this on a whim but big mistake!

This is very good tasting kona coffee. When I can find it I always buy it.
