IT does cool.. It just doesn't cool enough or blow hard enough.
This unit has nice controls, and it makes a good attempt, but you have to be right next to it and I mean RIGHT next to it for the cooling to be felt. It doesn't cool nearly as much as I had hoped, but I mean, it is nothing more than a portable swamp cooler, so its effect will be limited.. That said, it really needs more fan power than it has, it could be a better unit were it equipped with a stronger blower..

I paid $51.99. Not worth more than that. Good for a home desk.

Not impressed
Didnt cool off even a small room. Better described as a personal unit

Doesn't work
This is nothing more than a gimmick. I've added ice water will a little bits of ice and no cold air. Not even cool air. The only time I felt cooler air was when your skin is an inch away from the unit.

The power plug is a fire hazard. better off with a box fan!
