Helps with falling asleep quicker and staying asleep longer. I notice when I forget to take one.

I have these on monthly subscribe and save so I don't run out! They taste delicious and work really well! Sometimes, if I wake up around 3ish and can't get back to sleep, I will put another one under my tongue and within about 30 minutes, I fall back asleep until morning. We also take magnesium and melatonin at night so everything seems to work in concert together for a restful night's sleep.

I was really hoping that this was the answer. As someone diagnosed with sleep apnea and severe insomnia, I am constantly searching for something OTHER than medications and medical devices to help improve my sleep. It absolutely has a calming effect for sure, from the texture to the flavor, to the way the mint melts in your mouth. It did help me fall asleep but not stay asleep and there was also a little bit of a drowsy effect in the morning that I wasn't a fan of. Now, if you're just needing something to help you sleep every once in a while, I'd recommend giving this product a try. I was pretty impressed with its abilities considering my medical conditions, it may be exactly what you're looking for. 8/10 - recommended

Taste great, effective, healthy ingredients.

Works as advertised. They said it will improve sleep, then showed a pic of a smart watch sleep tracker, and it shows the same on mine when I take one of these before bed. I weigh 125lb, for reference.

It helps me fall asleep, but in the morning my head hurts and feels heavy, so it’s hard to get up. I end up needing to sleep even more. Other cheaper melatonin products don’t do this to me, so I don’t know why this one does. I heard good reviews from others and decided to try a more expensive one, but I’ve taken three pills so far and it feels like a waste of money. I’m going back to the cheaper brand I was using.
