I did not get break outs like another Hair skin and Nails Vitamins I've tried. I think it may be because it has got only Biotin 5000 mcg, unlike others which seems to have lots of other vitamins in it. I increased water consumption per the recommendations of their customer care (they're super helpful). Since taking it, my hair has noticeably grown faster and stronger! Also feel like I've gained more energy. Highly recommended!

I like the product ,I was a little sceptical at first ,but I decided to try it anyways , and I turned out as a very good product.I've always suffered from severe hair loss and only after one month the hair loss almost stopped , my hair feels stronger and I can definitely can see small hairs growing again.Very pleased !
