Good little tracker.....
Had this now for a few months. Charges fine. No issues with the functions. Picks up messages well.Like many other similar products when you use it with the App it does drain your mobile battery faster than normal. However that is a small price to pay for the information it provides you.Like the sleep function. Allows you to see your sleep pattern. Although it is not suitable for night shift / night workers.Well made and so far quite robust.

Needs clearer instructions for set up.
Was in the process of a return until I finally figured out how to charge and set up. It's now working perfectly . Worth the money but definitely needs clearer instructions. No problems connecting to the app once charged via USB port. I used my Amazon charger.

Bring back the older model
No where near as good as the one before it . The band wont wash clean and it keeps coming undone

It was ok. It worked perfectly for a few weeks and then started acting up. The battery lasted for days at the start and then wasn't lasting more than a day.

Quite a decent rip off of of the original decent charge time too and finally decent price..in conclusion decent.

Despite problems, very happy with product & service
After not receiving the first one, the second one broken, I now have my fitness tracker and it's brilliant! It's a good product for the price, syncs well with my phone and I love the colour straps! The customer service I had throughout the issues was amazing. The company were prompt, polite and very helpful! 100% happy!

Quick delivery ordered yesterday arrived today come in box all packaged and sealed well charges by taking strap off and plugging into usb but it explains this in instructions its tge side with the two copper strips great value for money woulf recomend

Stopped charging
We were initially very happy with product, however, after having watch for only 2 months, it now wont charge, so cannot be used. Very disappointed.
