Pretty Good Headphones
I got this about 2 weeks ago and so far I'm quite liking them. The sound is good, the battery lasts several days (more than other headphones I've had), and it connects to multiple devices at once. I was struggling to connect it to my computer at first, but got there eventually. If I was going to nitpick I'd say I wish that you could go forward or backward on sound with the headphone controls, but it's not a huge deal. I haven't used them a whole lot on calls, but for the Zooms I have used them on I haven't heard any complaints.

almost perfect
They are actually a little smaller than the other brands and can push in your ear farther, which actually is fine but it makes the sound block out so you cant hear the sound (music in my case). So I end up having to take them out and re-insert them trying to go only half way so that they are in good, but not too good. The bluetooth works awesome pairing, and the sound is great. People tell me they hear a lot of the background sometimes when I talk with them but over all they are good. They are great on my end. Much better value than LG- LG 700's were the best and I don't know why they quit making them and changed to garbage that is way more money- so this brand filled the market gap left behind. They are affordable and mostly awesome.

Great product!
Ive had mines for a year and really enjoyed them. The sound quality is great for daily conversations. It vibrates when I receive a call and it's retractable. After a year one of the ear piece gave out so im searching for a replacement now.

My favorite headset so far!
I've had several brand name headsets that don't last, or are bulky, or just don't work well. This headset is none of that and everything it claims to be!First - it is VERY lightweight. Slim profile means that it doesn't get in the way! Retractable earbuds were a MUST as I also have to wear a lanyard for work and have long hair. You can imagine the tangle otherwise. The only thing I'm not fond of is that you must pull to retract which could eventually damage the tiny cord. Still, it's not difficult to do.Second - the sound quality is AMAZING. With one earbud in, I could hear everything perfectly, without turning it up loud. Note, that on stereo recordings, you cannot hear the right through the left or vice versa, which is a good thing.Third - noise cancellation can be active or transparent with the touch of a tiny switch. I can't tell you how fantastic it is to be able to switch and hear without removing an earbud. I have trouble re-seating them as I have very small ears, so this is a plus! When it is active, there's still a small amount of ambient noise, but that's with all audio off.Fourth - battery. The headset arrived with a full charge, and after being on for two days, most of that on standby, had only dropped to medium. I think I listened to it for about four hours straight the first day.Another note, which is a very nice feature. If you are listening to music and remove and retract the earbuds, your music will pause automatically and the headset enters standby mode. This is really good so you don't hear random bursts of music from your neck!Edit. It's been 2½ years and these are still fantastic!

bring back the bcs 700
I've tried so many of these neckband headsets. Most recently I used a Plantronics Voyager 6200, until the wires began to fray. I wanted to mention that so that you can understand why I might be a harsher judge than if I had only ever tried this particular headset. I expect too much from my headsets, especially from what I am willing to pay!I'm giving this one 4 stars. My callers can hear me clearly most of the time. Only occasionally are background noises near me so loud to my caller that it hurts their ears and they must hang up in self-defense. To be fair, that did happen once in a long while even with the expensive Plantronics unit. The weird thing is sometimes, it's not a loud noise near me that triggers pain my callers ear, it's a noise that *I* can barely hear, and I'm surprised the microphones can even pick it up! There may be other, louder noises near me, but my caller is overwhelmed by the sound of something that's happening in another room. Also, if I am in an enclosed area (like an attic, or small room, or if my head is inside a cabinet) then my caller is auditorily assaulted by the smallest, quietest of noises. Tapping my fingernail on a piece of wood sounds like a gun going off near their ear. I can imagine you wondering why I would test my headset with my head inside a cabinet. I'm a service technician and I'm often working in small spaces! Anyway... these kind of issues are pretty standard for these neckbands. The voyager 6200 has been the best quality of all I tried, but it lasted less than a year and those dangling earbuds were constantly getting torn off. This BCS 700 retracts out of my way when I'm not using. I know some of you may want to know how music sounds on it. I can't help with that. Music sounds more or less fine on all of em that I've tried, including this one. I listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos, and maybe some Netflix. It all sounds fine. I've got some hearing loss, but it's loud enough for me to hear. I don't even have it turned all the way up. I have an 18.5" neck and wish this device was a little bigger. I think use tiny models in all the pictures so it looks like it hangs down on the lower joint of the collarbone. But for me, most of these b.a.r.e.l.y. make it around my whole neck, including this one. But it does. make it. mostly. For this price, I can deal with the call quality being slightly less than ideal. I hope this helps someone make a decision!---------- Above was my original 4 star review for bcs 700. They came out with the pro model which is no good at all. Now they've come out with the exfit 800 flex. Also no good. returned mine after 1 day. for 4 hours it was good, then just went haywire, "gaming mode on" "gaming mode off", right speaker quit working for a bit. I thumped it and it came back on at half the volume of the left speaker. Just terrible

Not that great
I am a general contractor I have purchased many different blue tooth head sets.ProsThey fit well around the neckFlexible bandRetract wellHearing is clear on callsConsMany people have reported they can not hear me well at all when talking on these. My voice is quiet. When listening to music they fade the pitch of the songs up and down every once and a while (weird)Battery life is goodAll in all not good for talking on the phone. Have to be in a very quiet place. Not good while driving.
