Comfortable
I have only had it for a couple days but I can say that this mat along with a Zafu has made my mediation a lot more comfortable. This allows me to concentrate more on what matters and less on discomfort.

I'm returning this immediately. It's listed as a 33"x33" cushion. It's actually a 30"x24" floppy pillow. Liars!
