The clumping if this product is a little excessive, and I've never had that problem with two other companies! Also the noticable effects were kind of lacking, but maybe I'm to used to it.. the lumps suck though!

This is why third week of taking this daily to balance my hormones. I am a female in my mid 30’s. Within a week of taking this the hormonal acne in my jawline dried up. I had two huge zits sitting right under the skin in my chin for a few weeks. It never wanted to come to a head. After a few days on pine pollen and they all dried up. At my three week mark I can say my skin is clearer and brighter. I have a lot more energy and I feel more balanced. I will update sometime in the future.

The first time I purchased this product I got a smaller bag 2oz it worked great this time I went for the 4 oz bag better bang for the buck.gombined with working out I feel great and no negative affects to blood pressure, four or my feeling of well being. I tried tablets from another company here on Amazon there was no contest I felt that my money was wasted. Not sure abt the tincture yet.
