This salt has a lovely texture and a really clean taste. It feels much more natural compared to standard table salt and adds a nice depth of flavour when cooking. I’ve used it on roasted veg, meats and even sprinkled a little on salad and it makes a big difference. The crystals are quite coarse so you either need a grinder or to crush them a little before using, but that’s not a bad thing as it keeps the flavour intact. Overall, it feels like a healthier, higher quality option and the bag size lasts ages.

Tastes like salt should taste. Love the fact that it's natural and unadulterated, so you get proper salt. Don't believe the lie salt is bad for you! I've recently learned that's hogwash, in fact it's extremely important to aid body functions. And the natural stuff contains many minerals that you don't get in normal table salt. In fact, this has the highest mineral content. Give it a try and see for yourselves.

As described, good quality

I've been using Celtic Sea Salt for a while now, and I can genuinely taste the difference it makes in my meals. It adds a richer, more natural flavour compared to regular table salt. This coarse Celtic sea salt contains a plethora of minerals and has NO iodine taste. Barbara O’Neill suggests its use (although she does not specifically name this brand). It’s high quality, however, is its own endorsement. The granules are a light grey because it is natural, not bleached. The color reflects its high mineral content. The granules are chunky, but melt into your food. I use this salt exclusively and it goes a long way.
