My 6 year old (Year one, reading level 8/purple) son enjoyed reading the book. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice book, my son is six this was a nice challenging book for him and because it was the chipmunks it retained his attention throughout. Great pictures too we will be ordering more

This is a perfect stocking filler for all those Alvin fans out there. Colourful, attractive cover with more serious reading pages inside.
