New Classic Traditional 4ft6 Double Ivory White Victorian Metal Bed Frame

Arrived four days early, but I was ready! Although the packaging was minimal, it arrived unscathed. This bed frame assembled easily using an electric drill with an allen key bit, although an allen key and mini-spanner were included. I was able to do it myself! The pieces all matched up well and even had a little wiggle room where needed to attach certain pieces, so nothing had to be forced. Although the quality of the molding was variable on the 'daisy' connectors, they were all uniformly sized and neatly welded. A padded hammer was needed to get the knobs to go into their settings, but they did go in quickly once bopped; same for the 'sprung' slats in their plastic seats. Nylon washers and well-placed bolted legs ensured no squeaking or sway once the mattress was on, and it's just so pretty, with its glossy ivory paint. Very happy with it. I am ignoring the people who think the metal curves topped with daisies look like smiling frogs, because that is silly. Obviously they are flower garlands, in the 18th century mode. Obviously.

If you are looking for good looks, value for money and good old fashioned service from the supplier, then look no further because this ticks all of those boxes.Ordered on Sunday afternoon delivered on Tuesday morning. I put this bed together with a little help from my 4 year old granddaughter, :-)), in less than an hour. The instructions were clear, no bits missing and no extra bits to confuse me!It looks fantastic in the spare room and if I could work out how to post a photo, I would! Oops, I just managed it!!

This bed is lovely, so happy with it. The delivery was so quick, ordered on a sunday night, arrived on the Tuesday.Only negative was when putting up the bed a part of the frame was slightly bent but that could have happened in transit.Overall very happy.

I read review after review about so many different beds.....in the end decided to go with this one.I am extremely pleased with my purchase....it was well packaged....delivered before I was expecting it..(good job I was in...lol).....I managed to put it together myself..apart from one mistake..(mine)...and it was relatively easy.It is well made...everything fitted where it should..all the holes lined up and all the bits were there.It looks beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Good value for the money. One or two places where the soldering is slightly rough but at this price I'm not complaining

Really nice looking bed easy to assemble my husbands not good at DIY but this was a breeze would recommend this to my friends and family delivery lightening speed may buy a second one for spare room in the near future all in all well done happy beds
