Works very well
This item was easy to use and had good power. The power rating is accurate. The remote hand control has a long cord and that was a really nice feature. I used it to pull large Oak logs out of the forest.

If it wasn't for the wires that came out loose from the heart remote control connection of the unit I believe this unit would have been a great unit but I returned it and hopefully they will refund my money

nice hoist
what I dislike was there was no battery and the corded hoist control did not come in the box like it shows was to be in box. thats why I got this hoist. there is no number to call to find out why. what am I to do.

Rated for lifting
This is a heavy duty wench with great controls. Lifting capacity better than the Warn hoists and less money This is my second one. Now have 2 dependable hoist

1st use, it let out all of the magic smoke
Used it to pull my truck, in my driveway on level ground, not stuck in any way. It pulled it about 6ft, and then started to audibly strain. I let off the button when I smelled angry electronics. Too late. It was already letting out all of the magic smoke. Save your money. This is not a capable, usable product.

Directions are difficult to understand, but the winch works great. Gets the job done!
