I love these bands. I recently switched from more traditional stretchy rubber bands to this and am so glad I did. My old bands, we, well old and started snapping. So I decided to try these out. They are cute and made of super high quality materials. They even come with a cute storage bag. I've done several of my recent workouts with these bands and have noticed a huge improvement from my old bands.

Quality

These are great bands. I’ve been trying to use the rubber ones by tying the ends, and they constantly rolled down. These Lindywell bands are very sturdy, they stay in place, and I expect they will last a very long time!

Love these high quality bands to add some variety to my workouts. The fabric is very durable and they even come with a storage bag!

I am a member of Lindywell so I know how great the company is and was super excited when they came out with their own products. One of my biggest complaints about other exercise bands is that they roll no matter what you do to flatten them out and then they pinch and make using them uncomfortable. These don't move, roll, or pinch!! They are thick and have grippy rubber on the inside to keep them in place. They are also a challenge and will definitely build my strength up quickly. Normal exercise bands feel extremely weak compared to these! I know I will use these a lot and they will last for a very long time due to the high quality of the material and construction. Love these bands. They are great quality. And beautiful colors they don’t roll up like the rubber ones do and they don’t leave your hands smelling gross like rubber.

Previously I was using those thinner silicone/rubber resistance bands and they just could not work for my lower body exercises. I kept trying because I was in disbelief that resistance bands like these were absolutely necessary... until I got and tried them. These are awesome!The bands are thick, stitched very well and made with hefty material that stretches appropriately to its weight. I'm still using the first band and will probably be for a quite some time, which is nice because these will be resistant enough for me for more than a few months. I love the serene colors of them too, the listing photo is accurate. I want to get more products from this brand because it is easy to see they make quality items. Lastly, I did not experience any rolling up, and I think that is the key factor that makes a great resistance band.10/10 recommend.

These bands are great for using opposition force to work your leg muscles. My wife incorporates it with her workout routine. She said that it is more comfortable and fun to use than the plain rubber ones. You can really feel the burn when used properly. This helped her strengthen her legs specially on the side to side motion.I’ve been coaching her on pickleball to get her to the next level. I have her use these bands for some warm up exercises. Great to have. No downsides.
