The Barnabas Factor

Not everyone can be a teacher or a preacher or an evangelist. But everybody can, and should be, and encourager. This book lays out the principles of encouragement in such a way that the reader is excited to be able to put in into practice. I am a preacher and have had great success in using this book in Bible Classes. I've taught it twice so far, and am getting ready to teach it again. I would encourage you to get this book and realize your encouragement potential. Be a Barnabas. Be an encourager!

This is a book for men and women. We all have a great responsibility to help others and not keep putting ourselves first. Great book to evaluate YOU and where you are today and where you can be over time to help yourself grow and others WANT to see you come through the door.

This is a good book to purchase and read if you want to learn about courage and/or how to be more courageous. This is a good Christian book that a person can study individually or with a group. Most important this book will teach you how to live a more courageous life.

I found the information in this book to be very useful in adopting an encourager/mentor mindset. We need more encouragers and mentors in our culture and this book is a useful tool in guiding people toward that endeavor.

A great read for me - but of course this is my subjective viewpoint.For anyone buying this book, I recommend it as a vital text in theart of encouragement. Something that any in the world today needas they labour with the weight of discouragement and depression!
