did not meet spec.
the bolt holes and the dowel holes do not line up properly. It did not come with dowel pins. Do yourself a favor and order one from Ford racing for 30-40 dollars more, The ford fits like stock and has dowel pins already installed.

yeah all the dowels are misdrilled by about 4mm
