Worked as described. Easy to put together and install. 2" attachment fit easily into trailer hitch w/o problem! You definitely want to get the hitch stabilizer as it reduces wobble. Needed something to expand cargo capacity of my Subaru Outback to allow for our dog & foster dog to go camping at the beach with us. Carrier fit RTIC 32Qt ultra light cooler, 1 large rubbermaid bin, a beach wagon, camp stove, charcoal fire chimney, 1 boogie board, and 2 x 2.5 gallon water jugs. Still able to open the back hatch on the outback to get the dogs into the cargo area of the car. Our older lab needed to be picked up as he's not as mobile. Our foster dog jumped right up! Great addition to our Kangaroo cargo carrier that we strap on top of the Subaru to pack the tents, canopies, sleeping bags, hammocks, and chairs. Folds up well, and easily stores out of the way in the garage w/o taking up any extra room.

I am giving this a 5 star. It is everything I expected. The only thing I did different, was I changed all the bolts to a grade 8 bolt. I am carrying a generator, and other items on it all the time, and feel more comfortable with a stronger bolt.

I have used this a few times since buying. I found that it's definitely a 2 person job to put together using a socket wrench & lock wrench. I had to put on my hitch using the first drilled hole because the second was not drilled to my hitch specifically. It was off by MM's. The nice thing is that I can open and close my hatch on my 4runner while loaded. The second negative is that it leans a couple inches down on the passenger side, loaded or not. The spot welding seems pretty secure, I was a bit apprehensive with it fully loaded while going over some rough roads. I did hit the bottom of it while going over a few gnarly dips & creeks and bent it a bit, but, that was my fault for not compensating. Other than that, it's fairly easy to take off and on as long as you have your tools with you. I had it loaded to about 150lbs, but, still wary of anything over. Only a 3 star for now because of the lean, off line-up & assembly. If I get my elk this year, I'll update for poundage.

We’ll build, light, comes with 2 forms of hitch stabilizers. Easy to fold up. Minor rattling noise than can be eliminated easily when I have time to tackle it.
