Not happy
This was so misleading. On the instructions it states to put into boiling hot water for 20 seconds. I put them in and by 10 seconds it has shrivelled up completely. Not happy.

stops me biting teeth in the night
Ordered this to stop me biting down during sleep which is damaging my teeth. No instructions supplied but searched online. Place in boiling water for 10 seconds and shape to fit your mouth. Takes a bit of practice to get a good fit but just put in boiling water & try again until happy. I didn't like the tab that sticks out the mouth & when I cut it off it leaves a bump which catches my lip. I rate the size as small as it doesn't cover all back teeth & I've had my wisdom ones removed, so feels more like front teeth protection. The plastic is rather thick and sometimes it leaves marks inside my cheeks but these quickly go in the morning. Overall a great buy for a temporary problem but not sure I would be comfortable wearing it permanently.
