Great mat but…..
Great mat but as others say it comes folded not rolled and I can not get the creases out

Nice quality
Nice quality & colour ( I got beige). But, because of the colour I'm going to use it in Summer months, when, hopefully! It's not as wet & muddy

Good but please don't fold when packing. The crease sticks up and catches the door. Better to send rolled up maybe.

Hallway runner
Lovely rugs, I have bought 2 in different sizes. The only thing I dislike is that they were both folded instead of rolled. This has left ridges in the pattern and will take a while to flatten out

Needs to be rolled
As title suggests - listen to customers and roll it! Came folded and the creases don't flatten out no matter what you do. Returning the item
