Soft but not sure if "Sensitive"!
These replacement brush heads fit fine and work well on my sonicare brush. Gave the product 3 stars because while the brush heads are nice, good quality & feel soft, there is no indication on the package that they are actually "sensitive" as advertised. Sensitive is what was recommended by my periodontist and I'm not sure because the packaging has no information on it.
