Chili Crisp is delicious and adds nice texture and spice. A much better crisp to oil ratio than other brands that I have tried.

Less Umami
This product is fine but deff less finished than the old school grandma brand. Maybe because it doesn’t have peanuts in it like the other. There is less roundness to the flavor and it’s more bland.
