Not a big bag although quality is good

I travel a lot for work, and tend to be away mon-fri. The cabin trolley bag wasn't enough, so decided to purchase this to give a bit more capacity. The bag itself is well made, but smaller than the average barrel bag. I was looking for something to put gym kit in but my running trainers just about fit. Going to return and get something else...
