Great and affordable petroleum jelly. It’s a perfect size for travel and it feels great in my skin. I love to apply it to dry spots for extra moisture. It works very well at keeping my skin hydrated. Also love putting it on cuts!

In the winter the backs of my hands always get really dry and cracked. Even if I moisturize a lot and wear gloves outside, they just keep drying out. Someone suggested Vasaline, so I looked on Amazon and saw this was the least expensive. I figured off-brand are usually just as good, and it turns out, it works spectacularly! I just apply it once or twice a day, usually before going outside for a while or washing dishes, and my hands are nearly back to how they are during the summer. The only issue is that it is slow to absorb into the skin, but as long as you time it right it is fine.

Oftentimes, the non-name-brand products are the same as the name-brand products... just with different packaging. I think that is the case for this petroleum jelly. It is a good product, and the only difference I see is the packaging. The edges of the lid are a little bit sharp, making it a bit more difficult to open than the most common brand. So, if you are purchasing this for someone who is elderly or has arthritis in their hands, this might be hard for them to open. Otherwise, this is a good petroleum jelly product that treats chapped skin perfectly.

Low cost, good quality, easy to use, good results

What a surprise! This low cost product just about totally eliminated the forming of a scar on a facial surgery! I was amazed. Worried as I was about the surgery, I found it hard to believe that petroleum jelly would prevent scarring, but it did! It was a long cut, too! From my ear lob to the side of my chin. i applied it liberally twice a day, as instructed by the sugeon.
