Love this only prob is came on 2 deliveries over 2 days Thea was fab in sorting and letting us know absolute jem....love it looks fab in place....

Positive's first looks nice.Negatives, after opening the boxes to find each chair part was in different boxes, would have been easier if each part was in the same box, so I suggest opening all the boxes and then putting each chair part in its group.The instructions weren't straightforward and took about 8 hours to assemble, but I was on my own!I would have expected for the amount of money it cost that the cushions would have been of better quality, when you sit down you can feel the rattan underneath you.Overall, I am happy with it.

Well made with only small problems such as some pvc covering bolt holes which best pushed aside rather than drill through risking thread damage. A small ratchet made easy work of the limited access for bolts (only quarter turn). Did it on my own but would have been quicker with an additional person. The 2 reclining chairs have infinite reclining ability due to spring loaded pumps. I had not seen these before and the build guide gave little info, so some head scratching took place. The releases on the side and the pumps themselves are pre built so actually you don't have too much to do. For the tech nerds - the releases open an air valve that allow you to push back to recline and an internal spring restores the backrest when the release is pulled again, so none of that getting up and struggling with ratchet mechanisms. As someone else remarked the elevating footrest is a bit of a gimmick, only useful for short people. Finally, when building the 2 seater longer bolts are necessary for the sqab which are not shown as such on the build sheet. Have fun, it will be worth it in the end and think of all the money you saved, building it yourself.

Arrived in damaged box. Item damaged inside screws and holes out of line no decent instructions all in German 2 of the screw holes has metal sticking up so impossible to screw parts together best part is the cushions, furniture of poor manufacturing quality

Easy to assemble ,looks more expensive than it costs and very comfortable to sit in

Start with the easiest bits first! Spend 3 hrs putting together the reclining chair only to find that the recliner mechanism had been installed wrongly by whoever put it on the chair, consequent had to take the whole thing apart and reassemble it. The rattan looks nice and the cushions are comfortable

I would say most of this review is to do with delivery and construction of furniture. We was advised of dispatch and delivery dates but on the day was not advised of delivery. When it came there were parts missing so had to message Amazon and seller. The following day was advised by seller that this was dispatched in separate deliveries so it was delivered the next day. The construction of the furniture was not clearly explained and all Nuts and bolts were all over the box and not clearly identified. The furniture itself is very nice.

The instructions are very poor all the different sized screws bolts nuts and washers are all dumped into one bag and need hundreds to be sorted. If you have many hours to spare don't bye this and I used my own tools the Allan key they supply would add more hours to the build

Prodotto bello esteticamente e sembra anche robusto, mi baso sui primi gg di utilizzo.Lato negativo è la instabilità del vetro sul tavolino che trovo molto pericolosa sia per danni a persone è cose sia per la durabilità dell oggetto.Senza vetro però il tavolino è inutilizzabile dato che il piano non ha appoggio stabile.Quindi unica soluzione è lasciare il vetro ma stare molto attenti.Per questo do 3 stelle...

Am Anfang sehr enttäuscht, weil eine Seitenwand fehlerhaft war. Aber ich bekam schnelle Hilfe und ein passendes Ersatzteil. Die Garnitur sieht gut aus und verschönert unseren Pavillon.
