Ive been using for a couple of months and i have noticed an improvement with my insulin levels. A big plus that i font have to take so many pills. Just 1 scoop. At first i was getting headaches, so i did half a scoop and slowly increased to a full scoop.

I haven't felt any changes, so I can't comment on effectiveness since i'm sure that's because I suck at being consistent. I will say that the capsule tastes gross and is not easy to swallow. I normally have no issue with swallowing pills but these seem to get stuck in my throat after swallowing them and it's uncomfortable.
